 SOUTHWIND RENTAL VILLA
The Caribbean Rental Villa Southwind, built in 1967, was completely modernized and redecorated in the latter part of the year 2000.
This Caribbean Rental Villa features a brand new kitchen and new bathrooms.
In addition to the new kitchen and bathrooms, all the furnishings are new as well and exhibit a look and feel of a Caribbean home, not a Rental Villa.
ENTRY LEVEL
The new kitchen contains a 5-burner gas range top, double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker. The counters are corian with tile backsplashes. The plentiful cabinetry contains all that a well-stocked kitchen should.
 Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry where the washer and dryer are located for your convenience. A gas grille is located immediately outside.
